ABOUT ME
I love failing faster. I believe in people. I live and breathe Agile.
I’m Martin (he/him), a German living in Brighton, UK. I work with teams and organisations to create more inclusive, accessible, and actually agile cultures. Not the checkbox kind; the kind that delivers real value, early and often, without leaving neurodivergent folks (like myself) behind. That’s why my work is rooted in psychological safety, values-led leadership, and creating environments where no one has to mask to belong.
Outside of work, I’m a big fan of food, gaming, swimming, and long walks on Brighton beach or in the Sussex countryside. I’m a proud member of our LGBTQ+ community, and am passionate about supporting others to navigate professional spaces that weren’t built with “difference” in mind.
